Marilyn Bousquin is the creator of Writing Women’s Lives™ (www.writingwomenslives.com), where she teaches the craft of creative nonfiction and shows women writers how to eliminate writing blocks, discover their authentic voice, and empower their writing. Her creative nonfiction appears in Kate Hopper’s Use Your Words: A Writing Guide for Mothers, and her book reviews appear in Literary Mama. Her memoir-in-progress, Searching for Salt, illuminates her relationship with her mother by exploring a secret of her past. A proud graduate of Ashland University’s MFA program, she also teaches composition at Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, Virginia.
